NAIDOC 2025

On Friday 24 October, the whole school travelled to Nowanup for a special day of on-country learning.

Students took part in a range of hands-on activities, including flag painting, a bush walk with rangers, mindfulness, storytelling, art, and even making wattle seed damper. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect and learn alongside students from other schools in the Fitzgerald Cluster. Working with local Indigenous Elders made the experience even more meaningful, as students learned about local culture and history on local land. Everyone had a fantastic time and came away with a deeper appreciation and respect for Country and community.
