Compass

Jerramungup DHS is transitioning to a new student management system that is mandated by the Department of Education. We will now use Compass School Manager as our Parent Portal. Using our Parent Portal you will be able to:

• Access your child's Student Progress and Semester Reports
• View up-to-date class and school attendance information - including attendance SMS
• Approve or enter upcoming or past absences for your son/daughter
• Download, print and approve upcoming excursions
• Update your registered email and mobile number (used for SMS alerts) details
• Access information regarding upcoming events and news including the Term Planner

What will change for Parents?
The new system starts on 22 July 2025. All school notifications and important information will come through the new app. 
Parents should delete the old Absentee SMS number to avoid confusion. They should not use it to communicate with the school as we will no longer be receiving any messages. 

All parents are required to download the Compass App. You may also get text messages from Compass. The message may ask you to click a link to complete a task. The link in the SMS is safe to use. It is a part of our school's official system. 

Accessing Compass
Compass is a web-based system that is accessible on any modern web browser or by using the 'Compass School Manager' app available for iOS or Android.
