If you wish to enrol your child as a student at Jerramungup District High School, the following forms will need to be filled in and either sent through to Jerramungup.dhs@education.wa.edu.au or brought into the front office, along with your child's birth certificate, immunisation history and any other relevant information that the school needs to know.
