Enrolment Forms

If you wish to enrol your child as a student at Jerramungup District High School, the following forms will need to be filled in and either sent through to Jerramungup.dhs@education.wa.edu.au  or brought into the front office, along with your child's birth certificate, immunisation history and any other relevant information that the school needs to know. Further information about enrolment can be found here.

Please also call and make contact with the School Principal, Haidee Robb, so you can ask any further questions. You may also like to arrange a time to come to the school and have a look around.
